1) a former New Jersey Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) (or one currently there but contemplating leaving) or any AUSA who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
2) a former New Jersey Assistant Federal Public Defender (AFPD) (or currently there but contemplating leaving) or any AFPD who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
3) a former New Jersey Deputy Attorney General (or currently there but contemplating leaving) or any similar out of state deputy attorney general who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
4) a former New Jersey Assistant Deputy Public Defender (or currently there but contemplating leaving) or any similar out of state assistant deputy public defender who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
5) any former New Jersey Assistant County Prosecutor (or currently there but contemplating leaving) or any similar out of state assistant prosecutor / assistant district attorney who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
6) any former New Jersey Municipal Prosecutor (or currently there but contemplating leaving) who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
7) any former New Jersey Municipal Public Defender (or currently there but contemplating leaving) who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
8) any former Judge Advocate's General (JAG) in either a prosecutorial or defense attorney capacity (or currently there but contemplating leaving) who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
9) any former International or United Nations related Prosecutor or Public Defender (or currently there but contemplating leaving) who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in New Jersey or
10) any attorney in New Jersey private practice who is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney or
11) any attorney in New Jersey private practice who is Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Criminal Trial Advocate in New Jersey or
12) any attorney in New Jersey private practice who is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Municipal Court Trial Attorney or
13) any attorney who has an LLM degree in trial advocacy from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved law school who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in NJ or
14) any attorney who has been designated a Master Advocate or Advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) who plans on residing and / or working in criminal defense in NJ

Any third year law student enrolled in a New Jersey school OR any third year law student from a non New Jersey American Bar Association (ABA) approved law school seeking to reside and / or practice criminal law in New Jersey can send resume seeking a "for credit only" externship or internship with the E F CHOWDHRY LAW PRACTICE, A Limited Liability Company.
